Use as an alternative to everyday ground pepper or as a seasoning for chicken or fish. Rub 1/2 lb. chicken or fish with 1 teaspoon lemon pepper before cooking. For Lemon Pepper Pasta, toss 1 lb. cooked pasta with 3 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper. Mix with butter for corn on the cob.
