I have been cutting corn off the cob after its steamed for years. But then I decided to remove the kernals before cooking. Wow, Wow, Wow...a deletable side dish in 10 minutes that pairs with any and all proteins.
2. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the butter. Once browned, stir in the Herbes de Provence and corn. Cook for 5 minutes or until kernals are just tender. Serve hot or room temperature.
