Ingredients

2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Ginger
2 packages ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
1 bag broccoli slaw
2 bunches scallions, finely chopped
1 cup edamame, shelled
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled, roasted, salted
1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
3/4 cup unseasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

1. Put the ramen noodles into a zip-top bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin or heavy pan.
2. In a large bowl combine the crushed noodles, broccoli slaw, scallions, edamame, almonds, sunflower seeds, and Toasted Sesame Ginger seasoning.
3. In a small bowl whisk together the sesame oil, vinegar and sugar. Pour the vinaigrette over the slaw, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip:
To make ahead add all of the slaw ingredients except for the noodles in your serving bowl. Toss with the vinaigrette just before serving.
