1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.
2. Add the Blackening Rub to a shallow dish. Dredge the shrimp into the Blackening Rub to thoroughly coat.
3. Thread the shrimp, 4 per skewer. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is firm and pink.
4. Serve with a squeeze of lime and fresh cilantro, if desired.
