1. Combine tomato juice, 4oz lemon juice, salt, Chefs Grind Black Pepper, Smoky Paprika Chipotle, horseradish, Worcestershire and hot sauce in a large pitcher; Whisk to combine. This can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator.
2. On a small plate add the 2oz remaining lemon juice. One another plate add the Blackening Rub. Dip the rim of each glass into the lemon juice and then into the Blackening Rub. Set aside until ready to serve.
3. Fill each rimmed glasses with ice.
4. For each cocktail - add 3oz Bloody Mary Mix and 1.5oz Vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish as desired.

I am a huge fan of grilled shrimp, candied bacon, olives, celery and garlic scapes as garnish- the crazier the garnish the better!
