Chipotle Ranch Dressing

This salad dressing adds a spicy kick to traditional ranch for a salad or as a dip for cruditès.

Ingredients

½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Directions

1. In a small bowl whisk the milk and sour cream until smooth.
2. Stir in parsley, basil, cilantro, Chipotle Pepper Flakes, salt, and pepper.
