Cinnamon Chile Pistachos

Pistachios are perfectly delicious on their own so it may seem pointless to roast them with some extra seasoning, but trust me it will be worth it. For this recipe you will need:

Preheat oven to 250F. Mix together butter and Cinnamon Chile Seasoning. Stir in pistachios to coat evenly then add the sugar and mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the nuts over the parchment paper. Roast on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, or until the spice mixture has dried on the nuts. Let the nuts cool before eating them.
