Classic Curry Dip

I am a huge fan of dips and an even bigger fan of curry. I like to pair this dip with crudites, crackers, chips, pita and satays. 


1 tablespoon Curry Seasoning
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons onion, minced
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
2. Scoop out into container and refrigerate for at least two hours (overnight is best) to let the flavors combine.

Recipe Tip:
I like hollowing out a head of purple cabbage as a “bowl”. This dip is a bright yellow and the contrast is lovely.
