This is my Classic Meatloaf recipe. It’s so easy to make you can have this any day of the week. The meatloaf uses my Toasted Onion Herb blend with three kinds of onion and garlic for great depth of flavor.
1 packet of Victoria Taylor's Classic Meatloaf Seasoning or 1/4 cup Toasted Onion Herb Seasoning
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine Classic Meatloaf Seasoning with all other ingredients.
Form a round loaf on a sided baking pan or casserole dish. Bake for 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve topped with ketchup or gravy if desired.
