2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all the ingredients and form a loaf on a baking sheet with sides or put into a loaf pan.
3. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155º. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Recipe Tip:
A plain old baked potato is always good with Meatloaf. I allow over an hour for baked potatoes at 350°, so I usually put them in the oven a few minutes before the Meatloaf.
