Cracked Black Pepper Grilled Sirloin

For me, a perfectly seasoned and grilled steak needs nothing but a side salad. Enjoy!

4 sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip Steaks (6 oz each)

Directions

1. Heat your gas or charcoal grill to medium-high. Rub the Cracked Black Pepper Rub on all sides of the steak. Place the steak on the grill.
2. We recommend cooking a steak to 130-135 degrees for medium doneness. Depending on the thickness of your steak the timing will vary:
2-3 minutes per side for a 1/2-inch thick steak;
4 to 6 minutes per side for a 1-inch thick steak;
6 to 9 minutes per side for a 1 1/2 to 2-inch thick steak.
2. Take the steak off the grill. Let it rest 5 minutes to allow the juices to reabsorb into the steak.
