Exotic Mushrooms with Sherry featuring Toasted Onion Herb

2 tablespoons Toasted Onion Herb
1 pound crimini, shiitake, oyster, and button mushrooms, mixed
2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons dry sherry

Directions

1. Clean mushrooms and trim stems of any tough or dirty ends. Chop roughly.
2. Heat butter over medium-high heat in a sauté pan or cast iron skillet. When foaming subsides, add mushrooms and spice blend.
3. Cook for 8-10 minutes until limp.
4. Add sherry and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, to evaporate the alcohol.
