Fire-Roasted Onion Flatbread

Ingredients

1 package store bought flat bread
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1/3 cup Blue or Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the vinegar and the Fire-Roasted Onions. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Put the flat bread on a sheet pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top with the warmed Fire-Roasted Onion mixture and your choice of cheese.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
