For me fresh ground pepper is the perfect addition to soft cheeses, goat cheese being no exception. If you like less heat, use 1 tablesppoon. If you like a little kick try 2 or more tablespoons. 


1-2 tablespoons Pepper Mill Mix
1 - 4 oz goat cheese log
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)

1. Use your food processor or spice gringer to grind 1-2 tablespoons of Pepper Mill Mix. Peppercorns should still be coarse, but not whole.
2. Spread the pepper onto a cutting board and roll the goat cheese into pepper.
3. If using, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve with crackers.
