Four Pepper Crusted Goat Cheese

You are here

For me fresh ground pepper is the perfect addition to soft cheeses, goat cheese being no exception. If you like less heat, use 1 tablesppoon. If you like a little kick try 2 or more tablespoons.

Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons Pepper Mill Mix
1 - 4 oz goat cheese log
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)

Recipe Tip:
For a great cheeseboard, add this crusted goat cheese along with a bleu and a hard cheese. Optional complements include grapes, figs, spiced nuts, olives and quince paste.
