Fried Feta with Chefs Grind Black Pepper

1/4 cup honey
1 - 10 to 12 ounce block feta cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup panko
5 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Arrange three shallow bowls (I prefer pie plates). In one bowl, lightly beat the egg. In the second bowl add the panko and Chef's Grind Black Pepper.
2. Dip the feta into the egg, turning to coat. Then dredge into the panko, again turning to coat and pressing gently to adhere.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Once shimmering add the feta, tipping the pan to allow the oil to move to one side then add the feta. Cook the feta for 2 - 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
4. Drizzle wtih honey. Serve warm with pita chips.
