Grilled Veggies with Honey Aleppo Pepper

So it is no secret that Honey Aleppo Pepper (or HAP around the office) is the unanimous favorite blend. It hits the spicy and sweet notes we all crave. On grilled vegetables the edges caramelize evoking an addictive quality, that are simply irresistible.



2 tablespoons Honey Aleppo Pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
4 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 pint cherry tomatoes

1. In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil and Honey Aleppo Pepper.
2. Add in the prepared vegetables, tossing to coat.
3. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
4. Transfer veggies to a grill basket or place directly onto grill grates. Grill until lightly charred, 10-12 minutes. Remove to platter, drizzle with remaining dressing.
