1. Combine the butter and Honey Aleppo in a medium bowl. Mix unitl pepper is distributed evenly.
2. Place mixture on a sheet of parchment pape and shape into a cylinder and seal ends by twisting - think tootise roll. Or you can pack the butter into a ramekin and cover with plastic wrap.
4. Chill in refrigerator until firm, at least an hour.
5. Slice into discs.
