Honey Aleppo Chicken Wings

Wings fans, this is the holy grail of wing recipes. It has the three S's for perfect wings - sticky, spicy and sweet. 

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Honey Aleppo Pepper
3 pounds chicken wings
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup cider vinegar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the wings, salt, pepper and canola oil on the prepared pan, toss to coat. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
3. Meanwhile, in saucepan over medium-high heat add honey, cider vinegar and Honey Aleppo Pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened, about 4 minutes.
4. Transfer the chicken wings and glaze in a large bowl, toss to coat. Return wings to the baking pan. Broil for 2 minutes or until crispy. Serve warm.
