1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan or line with paper liners. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl whisk the egg and the milk. Add in the corn muffin mix, creamy corn and the Honey Aleppo Pepper seasoning blend. Mix until just blended.
3. Spoon the cornbread mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
