1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x12x2 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk, creamy corn, Honey Aleppo Pepper seasoning blend and corn muffin mix. Whisk until just combined. Batter may be lump - that is ok.
3. Pour cornbread mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
