Jamaican Coleslaw

Finally a coleslaw with flavor. This is a must for any cookout or BBQ. 


1 tablespoon Cinnamon Chile Rub
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
¼ cup carrot, shredded
½ cup pecans, chopped and toasted
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1. In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, and nuts. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar and the Cinnamon Chile Rub.
3. Stir in the mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
