My Kansas City steak rub is give the steak the perfect crust and tons of flavor.


4 - 5 to 8 oz Steaks, Filet Mignon, Rib-Eye, Sirloin or T-Bone.

1. In a shallow bowl or plate, add the Kanas City Steak Rub. Coat all sides of the steaks with the rub. Set aside.
2. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°).
3. Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 135-140° for medium rare.
4. Remove the steaks from the grill and tent loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

For steaks cooked to medium donenes internal temperature is155° and well done 165°.
