2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
3. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add in the onion and garlic. Cook until translucent, about 8 minutes. Then stir in the flour and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
4. Over low heat whisk in the milk to the onion mixture. Off the heat add in cheeses whisking until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in the reserved macaroni. Pour into a 3 quart baking dish.
5. Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the panko and Everything Bagel Blend. Top macaroni with seasoned panko. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the top is browned.
