1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Combine bread cubes, olive oil and Mediterranean seasoning. Toss until all bread cubes are coated.
3. Arrange bread cubes on single layer of flat baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
4. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 days at room temperature.
