Moroccan Hummus

 My Moroccan Seasoning blend adds a warm-and-spicy flavor combination addicting-ly delicious both in flavor and in color. This recipe is made in a food processor which takes literally 3 minutes. This hummus serves as a great anchor for an appetizer platter for dinner parties and potlucks.





2-3 tablespoons Moroccan Seasoning
1 - 15 oz can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. If desired, garnish with finely chopped red onion and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with pita triangles or crackers.
