No Salt Lemon Pepper Grilled Corn

Summer dinners for as long as I can remember always include corn on the cobb from the local farm stand. This recipe is easy and so delicious- you won't even miss the salt. 


4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1 teaspoon water
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

1. In large stock pot bring 12 cups of water to a boil
2. Add corn and simmer 6-8 minutes or until tender.
3. Heat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°).
4. Remove corn from water; allow to drain.
5. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes turning for grill marks on all sides.
6. In a small bowl combine the No Salt Lemon Pepper with water; mix well. Add in the butter. Smear over the corb. Serve warm.

Recipe Tip:
Instead of boiling water, try cooking unhusked corn in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. Wait 10 minutes before removing husks and silk.
