Can you believe we made this homemade meal in less than 20 minutes? It is both flavorful and satisfying, I guarantee this will become family favorite soon!


12 ounces pasta (linguini, spaghetti, fusilli or your favorite shape)
1 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded
1 cup olives, chopped
1 cup red onions, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 1/2 cups water

1. In a large pot combine all ingredients.
