4 - 6 ounce fillets of salmon, with skin
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

1. Add 4 tablespoons Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea to a shallow bowl. Dredge fillets into Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon skin side up and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Turn over fillets and cook for 6 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
