1. In a large saucepan over medium heat add the vinegar, coriander seeds, sea salt, Orange Cinnamon Turmeric Tea and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in the cauliflower and bring back to a boil. Then remove from heat allowing cauliflower to steep for 10 minutes.
3. Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1 inch of room on top. Allow to stand uncovered until the liquid cools completely, then cover the jars with the lids refrigerate, preferably overnight so the flavors come together.
