Pie Spiced Latte

I love coffee.  I could and often do drink it all day long.   I am normally a black coffee person but once the fall weather rolls in I can easily be convinced to squeeze in a pie spiced latte once in a while.  Here is how we are drinking our coffee at the Victoria Gourmet offices today. For this recipe you will need:

Brew your coffee or espresso and then steam your milk.  If you do not have an espresso maker with a steam wand then follow these directions to steam milk without one.  Mix 1 teaspoon of Pie Spices into every 8 oz of steamed milk and pour the desired amount of milk into your coffee. Top with whipped cream and an additional sprinkle of Pie Spices.  Sip and enjoy! Best, Victoria
