2. Line a roasting pan with the onion and lemon slices. Arrange the salmon fillets on top. Sprinkle with Ginger Citrus Seasoning. Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm.
3. If making, in a small bowl combine the crème fraîche with lemon zest and juice.
