1. In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. Set aside.
2. In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion, spinach and Tuscan seasoning in the olive oil for about 5 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the pasta to the tomato-spinach mixture, stirring to combine.
