1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2 Slice the bread horizontally and vertically into 1/2 to 1 inch slices.
3. In a bowl combine the Roasted Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes if using, parsley, salt and olive oil.
4. Use a spoon to stuff the garlic herb oil into the cracks and crevices of the bread. Repeat with the cheese.
5. Place the bread into a dutch oven, cover and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove cover and bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese has is golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
