2 tablespoons Dill Pickling Spice
2 pounds pickling cucumbers, cut into spears
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups water
1 tablespoon salt

1. Slice cucumbers into spears and place into 3 large mason jars.
2. In a large pot combine the Dill Pickling Spice, vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir to dissolve.
3. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers, filling jars to the top.
4. Let pickles sit for an hour to cool; then cover and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 1 month.
