Roasted Moroccan Cauliflower

3 tablespoons Moroccan
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine the cauliflower, olive oil and Moroccan seasoning. Spread the mixture on the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 40 minutes tossing every 15 minutes or until fork tender. Serve warm.
