Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover a roasting pan with foil. Set aside.
2. Rub the Moroccan on the chops and plade on the prepared pan.
3. Roast for 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145º for medium rare. Serve immediately.

This recipe worked out great simple ingredients short prep time short cook time. Served it with saffron rice and butterd cabbage. From market to table 1 hour
