1. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the butter and oil. Once the butter is melted stir in the mushrooms and Sautéed Mushroom Seasoning. Sauté for 10 minutes, allowing the mushrooms to lightly brown.
2. Add the sherry and reduce heat to medium-low. Sauté for 8 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
