Sesame Teriyaki Stir-Fry is one of my personal favorites. The toasted sesame flavor in this blend is just right. I make stir-fry all the time. I love to use up all the veggies I have in my refrigerator.
4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, divided
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
1 packet of Victoria Taylor's Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning, divided or 1/4 cup Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning, divided
6 cups assorted vegetables, such as bell pepper, snow peas, carrots, onions, scallions, bok choy, broccoli florets
3 tablespoons soy sauce, such as tamari
Heat wok or large skillet to medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil. Add chicken and 2 tablespoons of Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning; Sauté until just cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add remaining toasted sesame oil and remaining Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning to the hot pan with all of the vegetables. Sauté for 3 minutes, until crisp-tender.
Add chicken back to the pan with the tamari soy sauce and toss ingredients together.
Serve over rice.
