Shallot Butter

This butter is so good, I guarantee everyone will be asking how to make this decadent spread. 



2 tablespoons Shallots
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

1. In a small bowl stir to combine the shallots and butter.
2. Place butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a cylinder. Seal ends by twisting .
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice as needed.

Recipe Tip:
I like to cut the butter into 8 tablespoons and shingle onto a plate, top with sea salt and let sit at room temperature until service.
