Smoky Butternut Squash with Apples

Ingredients

1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch dice
3 apples, granny smith or red hard apple of choice, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch dice
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
sea salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl toss the squash, apples, coconut oil and Smoky Paprika Chipotle. Add sea salt to taste.
3. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Roast for 25 - 35 minutes or until the squash has reached your desired texture.
