This recipe has all the quantities of baked chicken I love- tenderness, juicy, with loads of flavor and texture.  I prefer to let the chicken marinate overnight as the sour cream and lemon juice tenderize, and the seasoning infuses the chicken. If you find yourself in a pinch for time, make this without the overnight resting time.  


1 cup sour cream
1 large clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon (2 tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 ounces each)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1. In shallow bowl combine the sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablepsoons Smoky Paprika Chipotle, and salt; mix well.
2. Add the chicken, coating each piece. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Remove the chicken from marinade, removing most of the marindade and place onto the prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle the panko and remaining Smoky Paprika Chioplte seasoning over the chicken.
6. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 160ºF.
