Smoky Paprika Chipotle Flank Steak

This is the type of recipe I love. Just a handful of ingredients, no time needed to prep or marinade, and you still end up with something that tastes amazing. For this recipe you will need:

Preheat grill to high heat Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil. Rub Smoky Paprika Chipotle over both sides, and salt to taste. Place the steak on the grill, and cook 4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut the steak diagonally across the grain into this slices. This is great as an entrée, thinly sliced over a salad or served as a flavor filled steak sandwich. Best, Victoria
