1 ½ pounds flank steak, trimmed
Salt to taste, optional

1. Preheat grill to high heat.
2. Rub the Smoky Paprika Chipotle over both sides of the steak. Add salt to taste.
3. Place the steak on the grill, and cook 4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. (130ºF for Rare or 140ºF for Medium-Rare). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
4. Cut the steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
