Smoky Paprika Chipotle Hummus

I love hummus but I don't always have tahiini (sesame seed paste) on hand. This recipe is delicious chilled or served at room temperature. 


1 - 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup cilantro
3 tablespoon olive oil

1. Turn on the food processor fitted with the steel blade and drop the garlic down the feed tube; process until it is minced.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and process until the hummus is coarsely pureed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
3. Serve with crackers or pita.
