I love fresh swordfish and this is my favorite way to prepare it. My Smoky Paprika Chipotle seasoning blend gives a smoky, spicy flavor to the grilled fish that makes it irresistible. Best of all, once you’ve got the swordfish, all you need is two additional ingredients.
For this recipe, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While that’s preheating, combine my Smoky Paprika Chipotle Swordfish seasoning with three-quarters of a cup of mayonnaise. When the grill is ready, take four swordfish steaks, weighing about one-and-a-half pounds total, and coat one side of each steak with the mayonnaise mixture.
Place the steaks on the grill with the coated side down, then use the remaining mixture to coat the other side. Grill for five minutes, then flip the steaks and grill for five more minutes, or until just cooked through.
And that’s my Smoky Paprika Chipotle Swordfish. This is a great dish for entertaining.
