1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the oil, chicken and 3 tablespoons of Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked or reaches an internal temperature of 160º
2. Add in the rice, tomatoes, black beans, corn and remaining 1 tablespoon Smoky Paprika Chipotle. Cook for 2-4 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Top with cheese and cover the pan for 1 minute.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions.
