Smoothie with Mango Turmeric Tea

Loaded with the magical properties of turmeric, this mango smoothie is fruity, cold, refreshing, and oh so easy. 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Mango Turmeric Tea
12 ounces frozen mango chunks
1 1/4 cups coconut water
1/2 inch piece ginger root, finely grated
Optional, 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, toasted

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender except coconut. Blend until smooth. Top with toasted coconut, if using.
