Southwest Tacos Video Recipe

People go crazy over my Southwest Tacos. It’s all about the seasoning blend with great depth of flavor from 7 different kinds of chili’s, cumin, garlic, onion and herbs. These are easy to make and fun to serve.

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 packet Victoria Taylor's Southwest Taco Seasoning or 1/4 cup Texas Red Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
12 tortillas or taco shells
Garnishes: tomato, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, onion.

Break up the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, and add Southwest Taco Seasoning; cook until browned (about 10 minutes).

Drain off excess fat.  Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Serve in tortillas or taco shells with any combination of garnishes you like.
