Spicy Smoky Paprika Chipotle Chickpeas

These crunchy baked chickpeas are healthy, easy and addictive.  Tossed with Smoky Paprika Chipotle and baked until crispy this recipe makes a high protein guilt free snack.

 

Place the peeled, dried garbanzo beans into a bowl with olive oil and Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.  Bake on a parchment lined jelly roll pan for 30 to 40 minutes until crunchy.  Check at 30 minutes and every 5 minutes after that until done.  They will go from brown to burnt quickly.  Store in an airtight container once cooled.
