Stuffed Mushrooms featuring Herbes de Provence

This is an easy appetizer anytime of the year! 

Ingredients

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise (we prefer Hellman's)
1/2 cup panko
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
36 small mushrooms, stemmed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet with to coat. Set aside.
3. Combine the Herbes de Provence, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and panko in a bowl.
4. Spoon the filling into mushroom cavities and drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Arrange on the prepared sheet pan.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden on top. Serve warm.
