Toasted Sesame Ginger Asparagus

This is a delicious and easy side dish for any occasion and it pairs well with absolutely any protein.


1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 bunch of asparagus, washed, ends trimmed
1 teaspoon sea salt

1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat add the oil and asparagus. Saute for 4-6 minutes or until slightly wilted but still crisp.
2. Add the toasted sesame ginger seasoning, toss for 30 seconds. Season to taste with sea salt.
3. Serve immediately.
